- 1 pd. of thin steak, cut into strips
- 1 c. of water
- 1 c. of minute rice, uncooked
- 1 c. of chunky salsa
- 1 package of taco seasoning
Brown the meat in a small amount of vegetable oil in a large skillet. Once the meat is lightly browned, add the water, salsa and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil. Add rice and remove from heat. Allow to sit for 5 minutes. Serve in flour tortillas.
Doesn’t get much better than this! Fast AND easy!
